Self-awareness: We promote self-awareness by tuning into self-care and self-resilience during tough times and situations in our lives. Without self care and resilience there is no self awareness to keep us grounded in the here and now.

Non-hybrid fruits, vegetables, grains, and Mountain Valley Spring water are generally available at international grocery stores and Whole Foods. To support digestive health and ensure optimal nutrient absorption, consider the following food combination guidelines:

  – Melons: Seeded watermelon, cantaloupe, and honeydew must be eaten alone. Wait approximately 15 minutes after eating a melon before consuming other fruits.
  – Combinations: Most other fruits can be eaten together. Vegetables pair well with both fruits and non-hybrid grains like Kamut, Spelt, and Teff.
  – Digestion Times: Most vegetables take about 30 minutes to digest, while grains take 1–2 hours.

To maintain homeostasis, aim for a diet consisting of at least 80% non-hybrid foods. It is recommended to reduce or eliminate meat, dairy, and soy, starting with red meat and progressing from there.

Amaranth greens, Avocado, Bell peppers, Chayote, Cucumber, Dandelion greens, Garbanzo beans, Izote, Kale, Lettuce (except Iceberg), Mushrooms (except shiitake), Nopales, Okra, Olives, Onions, Sea Vegetables (Wakame, dulse, arame, hijiki, nori), Squash, Tomato (cherry/plum), Tomatillo, Turnip greens, Watercress, Zucchini, Purslane.

Fruits (Seeded and fresh only; no canned or seedless)
Apples (except Granny Smith/Red Delicious), Bananas (burro/mid-size), Berries, Black sapote, Elderberries, Tamarind, Cherries, Currants, Dates, Figs, Grapes (seeded), Limes (seeded key limes), Mango, Melons (seeded), Orange (Seville/sour), Papayas, Peaches, Pears, Plums, Prickly pear, Prunes, Raisins (seeded), Rambutan, Cantaloupe, Soft jelly coconuts, Soursops.

Oils (Best used uncooked)
Olive, Coconut, Grape seed, Sesame, Hempseed, Avocado.

Seasonings
Achiote, Basil, Dill, Habanero, Onion powder, Oregano, Powdered seaweed, Sea salt, Sage, Savory, Tarragon, Thyme, Bay leaf, Cayenne/African bird pepper, Raw sesame tahini, Cloves, Ceylon cinnamon.

Nuts and Seeds
Brazil nuts, Hemp seed, Raw sesame seeds, Walnuts.

Sugars
Date sugar, Pure Maple syrup (formaldehyde-free), Pure Agave syrup.
