– Melons: Seeded watermelon, cantaloupe, and honeydew must be eaten alone. Wait approximately 15 minutes after eating a melon before consuming other fruits.
– Combinations: Most other fruits can be eaten together. Vegetables pair well with both fruits and non-hybrid grains like Kamut, Spelt, and Teff.
– Digestion Times: Most vegetables take about 30 minutes to digest, while grains take 1–2 hours.
